What time should I get there?
The doors open at 9am on Friday and 10am on Saturday. The first panel starts at 9:30am on Friday, but you’ll want to get there early to secure a good seat, grab a coffee and listen to our CEO, Olivia Ruello kick things off at 9:15am on the main stage.
Can I only come for one or two sessions?
Yes! You can pop in and out between meetings, come for a half-day or join us for the full two days – it’s completely up to you!

Bringing your printed ticket (check your inbox for your ticket) will make your entry into the expo more seamless, but we can also scan your ticket from your phone on the day too.

Yes! Keep your ticket as you’ll need to show it at registration both days.
I can no longer make it, can I give my ticket to someone else, and how?
Yes, absolutely. Make sure you send your ticket onto your friend so they can bring it along on the day. Each ticket is allocated via number not name, so there’s no need to tell us, just give the new person the ticket and that’s it. If you have any concerns you can email us at [email protected]
Will there be food and drinks available to buy at 9 to Thrive?
You betchya! We’ll have several food trucks and a cafeteria with plenty of food and drinks available both days.
