How do I volunteer?
As one of our event crew you’ll assist with event setup, registering guests, ushering, membership sales, raffle fundraising for various charities, and overall customer service. You will play a very key and essential part of making the event run smoothly and efficiently and, most importantly, making sure our guests leave feeling on top of the world. Can I meet the speakers?
Most of the speakers will be available after their session for either book signings or meet and greets. Times and location details will be provided on the day.
Can I sit with my friends during speaking sessions?
You sure can, but we can’t reserve seats so make sure you get there early to find seats together. Seats cannot be reserved between sessions.
How can I see the speaker schedule?
Check out the speaker schedule here. There’ll be programs at registration as well! How do you book for speaker sessions? Each speaker session is first in, best dressed for seating so make sure you get there early to get a good spot!
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, you can buy tickets on both days at the door, unless the event sells out prior to the day. It really is best to pre-purchase your ticket online to make sure you don’t miss out.
Are children allowed to attend?
Of course, children under 15 are free and babies and prams are welcome too!
Are men welcome too?
Absolutely!
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, the Royal Hall of Industries in Sydney, Melbourne Showgrounds and the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre are all wheelchair accessible.
How do I check-in?
Simply turn up to the entry with your ticket and the Business Chicks team will get you and your guests all checked in.
Where do I find my ticket again?
If you've bought tickets to 9 to Thrive, we’ve sent these to your inboxes so check your mail. If you have any concerns you can email us at events@businesschicks.com.au

Can I become a Premium Member on the day?
Absolutely! Please see Business Chicks staff at the Business Chicks booth on the day to find out more information.
I’ve got a two-day pass, do I register both days?
Yes! Keep your ticket as you’ll need to show it at registration both days.
I can no longer make it, can I give my ticket to someone else, and how?
Yes absolutely, make sure you send your ticket on to your friend so they can bring it along on the day. Also, don’t fret, each ticket is allocated via number not name. No need to tell us, just give the new person the ticket and that’s it. If you have any concerns you can email us at events@businesschicks.com.au
Will there be products to purchase on the day?
Most definitely! We have 100+ incredible exhibitors that will be showcasing and also selling their products and services over the two days.
Will there be food and drinks available for purchase at 9 to Thrive?
You betchya! There will be a number of food trucks, coffee carts and plenty of delicious food and drinks available both days.
Is there an ATM on site?
Yes, there will be ATMs on site because does anyone carry cash these days?

Can we take photos of the event?

Can I film or video the event?
Professional filming of the panel sessions and speaker stage are prohibited. For all media enquiries and to attain media accreditation for 9 to Thrive, email your request to media@businesschicks.com.au

Refunds and cancellations
Sorry we don't issue refunds. You can however transfer your ticket to a friend without needing to let us know. If you’d like more info on our refund policy, check out our terms and conditions.
