As one of our event crew you’ll assist with event setup, registering guests, ushering, membership sales, raffle fundraising for various charities, and overall customer service. You will play a very key and essential part of making the event run smoothly and efficiently and, most importantly, making sure our guests leave feeling on top of the world. We’ve sent these to your inboxes so check your mail. Also, don’t fret each ticket is allocated via number not name. No need to tell us just give the new person the ticket and that’s it.

How do I check-in?
Simply turn up to the entry with your ticket and the Business Chicks Team we’ll get you and your guests all checked in.

Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, both Royal Hall of Industries in Sydney and Melbourne Showgrounds are wheelchair accessible.

Are men welcome too?

Are children allowed to attend?
Of course, children under 15 are free and babies and prams are welcome too!

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes you can buy tickets on both days at the door, unless the event sells out prior to the day. It really is best to pre purchase your ticket online to make sure you don’t miss out.

How can I see the speaker schedule?
The speaker schedule will be available shortly  and there’ll be programs at registration as well!

How do I book for speaker sessions?
Each speaker session is first in, best dressed for seating so make sure you get there early to get a good spot!

Can I sit with my friends during speaking sessions?
You sure can, but we can’t reserve seats so make sure you get there early to find seats together. Seats cannot be reserved between sessions.

Can I meet the speakers?
Most of the speakers will be available after their session for either book signings or meet and greets. Times and location details will be provided on the day.

How much are tickets?
General admission:
$55 one day
$70 two day
Premium members:
$35 one day
$55 two day

Can I become a Premium Member on the day?
Absolutely! Please see Business Chicks staff at the Business Chicks booth on the day to find out more information.

I’ve got a two-day pass, do I register both days?
Yes! Keep your ticket as you’ll need to show it at registration both days.

I can no longer make it, can I give my ticket to someone else, and how?
Yes absolutely, make sure you send your ticket on to your friend so they can bring it along on the day. If you have any concerns you can email us at hello@9tothrive.com.au.

Will there be products to purchase on the day?
Most definitely! We have a number of incredible exhibitors that will be showcasing and also selling their products/ services over the two days.

Will there be food and drinks available for purchase at 9 to Thrive?
You betchya! There will be plenty of delicious food and drinks available both days.

Is there an ATM on site?
Yes, there will be ATMs on site to make life easy.

How do I share this event with my friends?

Can I film or video the event?
Professional filming of the panel sessions and speaker stage are prohibited. For all media enquiries and to attain media accreditation for 9 to Thrive, email your request to hello@9tothrive.com.au.

How do I get there?

Sydney: Royal Hall of Industries

Parking: Car parking is available in the multi-level car park in the Entertainment Quarter, opposite the Royal Hall of Industries. Entry is via Lang Road, off Anzac Parade and then enter from Errol Flynn Boulevard. Parking for the mobility impaired is located on the ground floor.

There is also limited street parking available around Centennial Park on Cook St, Moore Park Rd and Robertson Rd with parking meters starting from around $3.30 p/h.

2-3 hours: $8
3-4 hours: $10
4-5 hours: $14
5-6 hours: $18
6 hours: $18
6+ hours: maximum daily rate $25

From Central Station take bus number 339, 374, 376 or 391 departing from Eddy Avenue stand C and alight at the first bus stop on the bus roadway at Moore Park. There are also frequent bus services from Town Hall, Bondi Junction and Wynyard stations, which run along Moore Park Road or Anzac Parade and stop close to Fox Studios Australia.

The closest train station to Moore Park is Central Station. Sydney Buses operate regular services from Central Station to Moore Park.

A bike parking area is located next to the main entrance at the Royal Hall of Industries.

A taxi rank is located on Errol Flynn Boulevard.

Disability Access:
The Royal Hall of Industries is wheelchair accessible.

Melbourne: Melbourne Showgrounds

Public Transport:
Melbourne Showgrounds is just 7km from Melbourne CBD, 15 minutes from Melbourne Airport and is easily accessible by public transport or car. For more information, visit the Public Transport Victoria website.

Bus No. 472 (Williamstown to Moonee Ponds) stops at Charles Street/Epsom Road, Ascot Vale or if traveling route 472 towards Williamstown, stop at Union Road/Francis Street, Ascot Vale.
Bus No. 404 (Footscray to Moonee Ponds) stops at the corner of Epsom and Ascot Vale Roads.

Take Route 57 tram (West Maribyrnong to Elizabeth Street, City) and get off at stop 33 (Melbourne Showgrounds/ Epsom Road). This stop provides access to the main entrance (Gate 1) of Melbourne Showgrounds.

Trains run to Melbourne Showgrounds for selected events only.Take the Craigieburn line to Newmarket Station, then catch Tram No. 57 away from the city to Showgrounds Village Shopping Centre (stop 32) on Epsom Road.

Car Parking:
Melbourne Showgrounds has a range of parking options available for staff, exhibitors and the general public. Onsite parking is available for $10 per day. Entry is via Gate 5, Langs Rd.

What are the timings for the event?
Friday kicks off at 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday opens at 10:00am – 4:00pm
