Will I get to access this content after the event?
Yes! You’ll get access to exclusive recordings for four weeks after the event.

Can I meet the speakers?
Our VIPs will have the opportunity to meet and snap photos with their favourite speakers, however due to speakers' schedules, it's not guaranteed for all attendees.

Can I bring my baby?
Sure can! Babies always welcome. There won't be any child-minding facilities on site, but there are parents rooms located within the venue. It’s also important to tell you that prams can’t be brought into the theatre, however you'll be able to park them just outside the event room.

Can I meet Emma Isaacs?
Yep, we know people, who know people and we can make that happen! Emma will be around at the Business Chicks Booth throughout the day to sign copies of Winging It and have a chat (and a selfie!).

Is it workshop-style or a lecture series?
Both! The main stage is lecture style, but there is also our workshop style stage that you'll be able to attend.

What's the difference between the main stage and workshop rooms?
The main stage features a mixture of keynotes and interviews. The workshop room is much more ‘how-to’ and interactive with the chance to ask all the questions! You'll leave with practical tips and skills you can implement into your everyday work-life. Bring your notebook!

Will there be allocated seating? Is there guaranteed seating?
VIPs will be provided with allocated seating in the lecture theatre and all other attendees won't be allocated to an individual seat (although there are enough seats for everybody!). In the workshop rooms, there are limited seats so get in as soon as you can!

Is there accessible seating?
Of course! There is accessible seating available, but please let us know in advance when you book your tickets, by emailing events@businesschicks.com so we can ensure we reserve one for you.

I’m a Premium member, what benefits do I get?
Premium members get access to the pre-sale, plus $80 off the ticket price (oh yeah!)

Will there be exhibitors? What type of exhibitors?
Yes! But it’s a little different if you’ve been to previous years. There will be large scale activations by some very cool brands and you’ll have plenty of time to check them out during breaks on the day.

Will food be available on the day? Will coffee be available on the day?
Complimentary coffee will be available all day to everyone who has a reusable cup, so make sure you bring one with you - or buy a cute one from the Business Chicks booth at the event. Snacks and surprises will be handed around on the day, and lunch can be purchased at one of the participating stalls at the event.

Should I bring a laptop/notebook?
You'll be given a notebook and pen on arrival, but if you want to take notes on your tablet or laptop, go for it!

Are there charging stations?
Yes - one of our awesome activation partners will have a charging station available!

Can I become a Premium member of Business Chicks on the day?
Yes you can! We can’t wait to welcome you! Just come and find the team at the Business Chicks booth.

Can I dip in and out, or should I plan to stay all day?
Plan to stay all day, you won't want to miss any of the content! Or the Happy Hour networking drinks 😉

Do I need to book into the Workshop Rooms?
Nope! Our workshop rooms will have limited seating so we suggest arriving before the start of the session to secure your spot!

Is there transport available to MCEC or parking on site?
Yes, there is paid on-site parking available, or head here for public transport options.

Will there be free wifi?
Visitors to MCEC have access to free public wi-fi for basic downloads (like Instagram or emails).
