Anxiety specialist Jodie is passionate about using her skills as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology, Management Consultant and Business and Mindset Coach to transform human behaviour in teams and individuals. Jodie is the founder and CEO of Mind Strength Consulting. She’s also the founder of the Sydney Anxiety Clinic – a leading anxiety treatment clinic for individuals of all ages.
Allira Potter is a proud Yorta Yorta woman, a trained reiki practitioner, intuitive reader, energy healer, life coach and meditation guide. Her practice is fully immersed around culture, cultural awareness and education, with a focus on debunking the wellness narrative to ensure diverse representation and decolonisation of a white-dominated wellness space. Allira coaches women in the spiritual empowerment space, helping them to curate their own worlds of abundance. In this session she’ll be sharing her tried her tested methods for manifestation. You’ll learn tricks and tools to amplify your career, business and personal life.

We’ll delve deep into how what we put on our plate affects our mental health in our session from leading Australian nutritionist Steph Geddes. Combining her knowledge of the science of food with an understanding of how we really live, Steph wants to show people they can have a wholesome, nutritious diet without losing the wonderful enjoyment food brings. Yolanda Finette is a proud Yorta Yorta woman, a certified and award-winning holistic life coach, holistic counsellor, speaker, consultant and wellbeing facilitator whose practice honours identity, culture, personal sovereignty and healing. She’s passionate about assisting people of all identities to feel seen, take up space and step into their most powerful, potent and courageous life possible. In this session she invites you to switch off, be present, and reflect on on how we honour and show compassion towards ourselves during challenging times.
