The events of 2020 have changed our expectations of leaders. We want to be steered through uncertainty with bravery and empathy. We want leaders who say yes to new ideas and ways of working. We want honest leaders who aren’t afraid to stray from the script and offer transparency and authenticity.

So as businesses around the country slowly emerge from lockdown, how can you maintain a brave, curious and empathetic leadership style that resonates with your team? In this Masterclass Online, Julia van Graas and Steph Clarke from Spiique will take you through the future of leadership and what matters most. Steph and Julia believe that ‘new’ leadership is all about leading through self-reflection and having the conversations that matter, and you’ll leave this masterclass feeling empowered to bring these actions to life.

Julia and Steph will provide you with:

  • A view of what ‘new’ leadership looks like – the mindsets, behaviours and habits (and the confidence to develop them)
  • Ideas for the conversations you should be having with your team (and how to start them)
  • Practical techniques and questions for self-awareness and reflection

About Julia van Graas

Globally experienced, Julia is a sought-after advisor whose people-centred approach is heavily influenced by her experiences of achieving improbable results in turnaround and crisis situations. Trained as a Chartered Accountant, she subsequently studied psychology, is a qualified Organisational Coach and a Certified Dare to LeadTM Facilitator.

About Steph Clarke

As an accountant-turned-facilitator, Steph realised that changes don’t happen through spreadsheets, but they can happen through post-it notes.  She loves the creativity of designing new experiences for teams to have the conversations they need to, build trust, tame the elephants in the room and come out stronger.
