"She said "F*ck this sh*t" and lived happily ever after."

I live on the Central Coast, NSW but work in Sydney's CBD Monday to Friday. I have one amazing child, a boy, whom I hope never loses his zest and curiosity for life as he grows. I have forgotten who I am but I love my life. It's very confusing. I'm currently interested in dropshipping straws on a global scale.

Gets bored easily.

My work life blend

Why are you a Business Chicks member?

I won the membership on international Women's Day so now I'm taking every opportunity to make the most of it.

What's been the biggest pinch-me moment of your career?

Winning Innovator of the Year in 2014.

How do you deal with setbacks, failures and fear?

I roll with the punches and think on my feet. I'm resilient.

What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Bring a solution to the table.

Which women inspire you and why?

The women who slog it out, out of pure passion and love for the cause. The women who don't give up and the women who don't give a damn about how they are perceived for following their dreams.

What's been the biggest challenge you have faced and how did it help shape who you are today?

I haven't been in the position to face an epic challenge yet. Probably child birth, if I'm honest. The most terrifying and rewarding experience I've ever dealt with. There was that one time I travelled from Vanuatu to Sydney by plane with undiagnosed pancreatitis... No child birth was definitely harder than that. Now when something seems tough I ask myself if it's as tough as bringing a baby into the world. The answer is usually "Shut up and get on with it, idiot."

What are you really good at? (We know this one's hard, you guys! As women, we tend to talk about what everyone else is good at. But now it's your turn.)

I am really good at lego. I'm also really good at making things happen. I take a big picture and make it real. I'm resourceful.

What makes you happy?

Success makes me happy. Kicking goals feels amazing. That and cleanliness.

What's your definition of success, and how will you know when you've got there? (Go on, aim high!)

When everything in my life is easy, I will have achieved the ultimate success.
