Recently at 49 years of age, decided to back myself and take a leap towards another work adventure. Excited and hoping to mentor and be mentored. My work life journey continues.....

Julie Bishop and Jacinta Arden. Working in serious leadership roles amongst a circle of men with grace and intelligence.

What's been the biggest challenge you have faced and how did it help shape who you are today?

The recent passing of my sister and her children still quite young. There is always something wrong about this. It made me re think about my own value in the workplace and what I really wanted to achieve over the next 15 years.

What are you really good at? (We know this one's hard, you guys! As women, we tend to talk about what everyone else is good at. But now it's your turn.)

What makes you happy?

my family spending sunday night dinners with me and watching the impact of my dog when we go walking on other people.

What's your definition of success, and how will you know when you've got there? (Go on, aim high!)

I want to achieve a CEO role and be well respected by my colleagues. Understanding my ability to achieve this will be based on watching individuals grow and develop within the business.
