I am a chick in business, and I passionately believe that the key to success is networking and collaboration, and that to create something great you need the support of others.
What's been the biggest pinch-me moment of your career?
Being featured in a Harpers Bazaar Magazine shoot on the company's yacht, for successful women who host the whoâ??s who in business.
How do you deal with setbacks, failures and fear?
I keep pushing harder.
What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?
My father taught me three things that have lasted with me my whole life; never make an opportunity it will make itself, never put down on the table what you are prepared to lose, and always know when to jump ship. The other is from a billionaire â??the trick in business is learning how to divert the river.â?Â

Opera Winfrey - do I need to say more?! Amal Clooney - because she has not skipped a beat in carving out a life and the career of her dreams and she is killing it.

Building my business has, without a doubt, been the biggest challenge in my life to date, and I am yet to see how it has shaped me, besides turning me into a psycho!
What are you really good at? (We know this one's hard, you guys! As women, we tend to talk about what everyone else is good at. But now it's your turn.)
I am good at assimilating and adapting, and I am good at pushing the boundaries and challenging myself, new places, new facesâ?¦and surfing.
What makes you happy?
Surfing, travelling, being in the water, my work
What's your definition of success, and how will you know when you've got there? (Go on, aim high!)
When the head office of my company is on my superyacht.
