My work life blend

Why are you a Business Chicks member?

I had the pleasure of meeting Emma Isaacs and fell in love with her message. I could not be more excited to see that message transpired through this organization and to meet other like-minded women.

What's been the biggest pinch-me moment of your career?

Hiring a business management company. It was a true â??ahaâ? moment where I realized that this business of mine is growing and its all happening.

How do you deal with setbacks, failures and fear?

I always pause to sit in my emotions and feelings around something that happens. However, I truly believe that there is no success without failure and that we learn from our mistakes every single day.

What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Be yourself.

Which women inspire you and why?

I am constantly inspired by women whom I work with everyday- my team of kick ass ladies, my mentors in the industry and of course power house women across the globe.

What's been the biggest challenge you have faced and how did it help shape who you are today?

I lost my mother at a young age. It taught me responsibility and compassion and a very young age. Each and every day that experience and my growth from it shape the decisions I make.

What are you really good at? (We know this one's hard, you guys! As women, we tend to talk about what everyone else is good at. But now it's your turn.)

I am really good at connecting with people. I genuinely get fueled by having conversations and sharing advise and stories with people. I am also really good at doing a zillion things at once! haha

What makes you happy?

My home, my family, my dogs and of course landing those big clients!

What's your definition of success, and how will you know when you've got there? (Go on, aim high!)

My definition of success is when you are doing what you set out to do at some earlier point in your life. Whether its professional or personal- a successful person sets goals for their lives and reached them.
