"Deeply Connect Authentically Communicate Boldly Contribute"

I see myself as a perfectly imperfect, consistent work in progress. As a leading life and business coach I am completely devoted to entrepreneurial women around the world, fulfilling their innate potential now. I am a multi award winning speaker, trainer, coach, author and vlogger, and everything I do is designed to support leading women in business to heal and release the past, get clear about their passion and purpose and discover how to become masterful at manifesting now. I am an NLP practitioner and trainer, a complete geek about personal development and will forever be a student of life. I love studying quantum physics, the law of attraction and am fascinated by those who are brave and bold in their endeavours to pursue their hearts desires out loud. I am an independent Mother of two girls (Kiyah Ruby 18) and Amber Lily (16) who lives on the Mornington Peninsula with my two dogs Chelsea and Chief. My kids are by far my greatest teachers and challengers. I am an adventurous spirit who has meditated in the Kings Chambers in the Pyramids of Ancient Egypt, worked with Ricky Martin, swam with giant turtles and jumped out of planes. I have just spent close to six years as a leadership and mindset specialist in real estate and property and am now rebranding to my new venture working with women who dare to lead with love. I love massage, markets, tea, a great meal with divine souls, nature and adventure. I look forward to connecting with you through BC and learning more about what lights you up. Feel free to reach out and share a bit about yourself.

My work life blend

Why are you a Business Chicks member?

I love the energy, values, leadership and magic of this community.

What's been the biggest pinch-me moment of your career?

Stopping a client from ending their life by swiftly empowering them to choose love over fear. They are now looking forward welcoming their second child to the world.

How do you deal with setbacks, failures and fear?

I say a swear word, accept what is, look for the lesson, don't make it mean anything about me (easier said than done at times) and innovate a new way forward.

What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?

It is not what happens to you in life that defines you, it's what you decide as a result.

Which women inspire you and why?

Dr Brene Brown - global invitation to be vulnerable and courageous. Oprah - for her lighthouse leadership, soulful living and interview history. Emma Issacs - for her down to earth, ol' fashioned service and love of what's possible. Beyonce - for her fierce, full blown self expression. Mel Robbins - for her no BS straight talk. Reece Witherspoon - for carving her own path. Mother Theresa - for her humanitarian service. Marianne Williamson - love leadership. Maya Angelou - word of wisdom

What's been the biggest challenge you have faced and how did it help shape who you are today?

I recently chose to separate from my husband (mutual decision) of 20 years. This was so incredibly heartbreaking yet completely liberating as we were no longer growing together. It is illuminating where I quit on myself, where I was compromising my truth and how love is an inside job.

What are you really good at? (We know this one's hard, you guys! As women, we tend to talk about what everyone else is good at. But now it's your turn.)

I am great at inspiring others to believe in themselves and breakthrough the funk that has held them back for years. I am really good and helping women let go of the past, get clear about their innate passion and purpose and discover how to become masterful at manifesting now. I'm also known for carving up the dancefloor too.

What makes you happy?

The magic of starting a new day, my dog Chelsea, tea and a freshly made bed.

What's your definition of success, and how will you know when you've got there? (Go on, aim high!)

When I think things into existence, when I've had an idea, a desire or dream and then I materialise it on earth. That's pretty awesome. I am always on a path of success fulfilled... next
