My work life blend

Why are you a Business Chicks member?

To further develop myself and establish strong connections

What's been the biggest pinch-me moment of your career?

Winning SCBWN Young Business Woman of the Year in 2018.

How do you deal with setbacks, failures and fear?

What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?

A pivotal part of my growth came from my manager at the time telling me to 'feel the fear, and do it anyways'. The more I challenged myself, the stronger and more confident I got. I had the ability to handle these situations and eventually excel in them - I just needed to push and believe in myself! This is now a quote I live by.

Which women inspire you and why?

'The women I love and admire for their strength and grace did not get that way because shit worked out. They got that way because shit went wrong and they handled it. They handled it a thousand different ways on a thousand different days, but they handled it. Those women are my superheroes.' - Elizabeth Gilbert

What's been the biggest challenge you have faced and how did it help shape who you are today?

What are you really good at? (We know this one's hard, you guys! As women, we tend to talk about what everyone else is good at. But now it's your turn.)

What makes you happy?

What's your definition of success, and how will you know when you've got there? (Go on, aim high!)
