With an online audience of close to half a million followers, she is not only one of Australia's most powerful travel Instagrammers but also a savvy social media consultant, educator, and public speaker. In 2015 she was a Finalist in the Gold Coast Women in Business Awards in the Women for Change category. My work life blend

Why are you a Business Chicks member?

For the networking, I love to support other women in business and to be inspired.

What's been the biggest pinch-me moment of your career?

Being interviewed by 60 Minutes was a highlight.

How do you deal with setbacks, failures and fear?

I don't believe in failure, every setback is a lesson to help us achieve greater heights.

What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Jump and the universe will catch you.

Which women inspire you and why?

My business partner Georgia Rickard is the smartest and strongest woman I know. My mum for raising me alone, and my beautiful new daughter for teaching me about unconditional love.

What's been the biggest challenge you have faced and how did it help shape who you are today?

The biggest challenge for anyone in business is overcoming fear. I'm still scared most days of my life but I use the fear to drive me, not to make me shrink.

What are you really good at? (We know this one's hard, you guys! As women, we tend to talk about what everyone else is good at. But now it's your turn.)

I'm a great photographer, I am excellent at fostering community and I know that my energy helps people to open up to me and feel safe and supported.

What makes you happy?

My family and my work. I am grateful for everything that I have in my life.

What's your definition of success, and how will you know when you've got there? (Go on, aim high!)

We never get 'there' because we're always moving the goal post. My definition of success is to constantly move towards my purpose with joy, happiness and gratitude. This, the day to day grind, is life so we have to embrace and enjoy it.
