What's been the biggest pinch-me moment of your career?
My biggest Pinch Me moment was when I was awarded 100 Best HR in India in 2018.
How do you deal with setbacks, failures and fear?
I am an optimist by heart. I don't take setbacks to my heart, yes I do learn lessons but I get up swift and walk forward .
What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?
Back in my earlier career days, my then manager had given me this advice which still sticks around is that never be afraid to speak your mind. You never know the ideas you have can change everything!
Which women inspire you and why?
Many- Authors, Actors, Politicians- am in awe of them all- forever learning :)
What's been the biggest challenge you have faced and how did it help shape who you are today?
I got married at a very young age and became a mother too soon! I was still navigating around life and its meaning and got tied up in all the family responsibilities. Those years have provided me with tremendous amount of strength, perseverance and being calm under any given pressures. Thanks to my ever supporting partner that I now know this is my time to shine and I would not shy anymore!
What are you really good at? (We know this one's hard, you guys! As women, we tend to talk about what everyone else is good at. But now it's your turn.)
I am really good at establishing relations and being an advocate for people' growth. I am a good thinker, strategist, passionate about connecting with people and learning different cultures.
What makes you happy?
My family and financial stability in life :)
What's your definition of success, and how will you know when you've got there? (Go on, aim high!)
After having gained 15 years of experience in my area of expertise, I have taken this biggest risk in my life to leave a stable career in India and move to Australia. My next goal is now to succeed in this new market and be able to share my learnings for the next in line :)
