"What is the worst they can say, no? Life is too short, so it is worth asking!"

After almost 7 years spent working in London, I have returned home to Melbourne. I am the Executive Assistant to the Co-founder & CEO at Luno, a a wholly owned subsidiary of Digital Currency Group (DCG). We are a leading cryptocurrency company with over 5 million customers in 40 countries, headquartered in London and operating across Australia, South East Asia, Africa and Europe. My work life blend

Why are you a Business Chicks member?

I discovered Business Chicks in the early days in 2006 while studying event management and started volunteering at their events in Melbourne, continuing until 2012. I have watched Business Chicks grow into the powerhouse network it is today and am excited to rejoin after living in London for almost 7 years!

What's been the biggest pinch-me moment of your career?

How do you deal with setbacks, failures and fear?

What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Which women inspire you and why?

What's been the biggest challenge you have faced and how did it help shape who you are today?

What are you really good at? (We know this one's hard, you guys! As women, we tend to talk about what everyone else is good at. But now it's your turn.)

Being organised tends to come naturally to those who are an Enneagram One though with me it is supercharged. I have built my career on running the lives of busy entrepreneurs who have founded their own companies and you know what? I'm proud to say that I am good at this and excel at building strategic partnerships not only with my CEOs but also their leadership teams.

What makes you happy?

Pre-COVID it was being able to jump on a train or plane to anywhere within the UK or Europe and while my wanderlust has not disappeared, I have really enjoyed slowing day this year and spending more time with my loved ones, exploring my local area and getting into a good work/life blend routine!

What's your definition of success, and how will you know when you've got there? (Go on, aim high!)
