"Approach all interactions with people from a position of curiosity - not judgement!"

I am an expert in leadership development and team performance. I left the corporate world to work with individuals and businesses on improving the way they lead and motivate their people. Im grew up on a farm, so hard work is familiar, I am a mum of three so chaos is a given and I love riding motorcycles - to keep things exciting!

Ambitious, Determined, Optimistic

My work life blend

Why are you a Business Chicks member?

Attending Business Chicks events led me to starting up my own practice...I love the perspective they bring which inspires me to become a better version of myself!

What's been the biggest pinch-me moment of your career?

Publishing my second book - The Dynamic Leader - Become the leader others are inspired to follow!

How do you deal with setbacks, failures and fear?

Allow myself a few quiet moments to wallow, then dust myself off and keep going! Being clear on my direction is also very helpful.

What's the best piece of advice you have ever received?

What got you to where you are today wont be enough to get you to where you want to be tomorrow!

Which women inspire you and why?

My Mum - she shows forgiveness like no one else I know! Brene Brown is an all time favourite - love her approach to vulnerability. Julie Bishop - doesn't engage in tabloid bullshit and has conviction in who she is and what she stands for.

What's been the biggest challenge you have faced and how did it help shape who you are today?

Getting a written warning for bullying as a junior leader. It taught me the importance of balancing people with results and made me take a look at my behaviours and the impact they were having on the people around me. A tough but rewarding experience.

What are you really good at? (We know this one's hard, you guys! As women, we tend to talk about what everyone else is good at. But now it's your turn.)

Listening and asking questions!

What makes you happy?

New experiences and adventure. e.g. Wine, Gin, Snow, Motorcycles!

What's your definition of success, and how will you know when you've got there? (Go on, aim high!)

Creating a safe environment for leaders to learn and grow so they can empower others to do the same! Also, where people are paying forward the goodness in the world and getting complete joy from watching others grow and thrive!
