Who can attend?
Premium members – don’t panic, you can become a Premium member quick smart.

How do we get there?
Here is the map to get you to Hamilton Island.
We suggest you fly into Hamilton Island airport. Complimentary transfers will be provided.

Are flights included in the price?
Flights aren’t included in the conference ticket price, but you can easily book flights through Jetstar, Virgin and Qantas websites.

I want to stay with a friend/partner. Can we share a room?
Absolutely! All you have to do is select the twin-share option when buying your ticket and then email your friend/partner’s registration details through to info@moversandbreakers.com.au once purchased.

What are your refund policies if I can’t make it anymore?
You may transfer their ticket to another person up until the 26th September 2017, when notified in writing to info@moversandbreakers.com.au with the guest’s name and full registration details. Any booking cancellation must be in writing (email to info@moversandbreakers.com.au) and will only be accepted if received as follows: – If the customer has booked prior September 26, 2017. A 10-day cooling-off period will apply and a refund will be provided before this date, less a $200 administration fee.

Can I come to only one or two of the days of the conference?
We are only selling the conference as a package, as we want you to have a holistic experience.

Can I get a corporate discount if I buy 10 tickets?
Our conference prices are based on accommodation, so we don’t offer corporate discounts for this event.

What is the conference all about?

Can I stay longer at the hotel beyond the conference dates?
Absolutely, although accommodation is subject to availability. Please send an email to info@moversandbreakers.co.au to enquire about extending your stay.

Are all sessions compulsory?
Our sessions are not compulsory, however we recommend attending all sessions to get the best experience of Movers and Breakers.

My partner/family want to stay with me, but not attend the conference. Is this possible?
Yes, for sure! If you have a partner or family member who wants to stay with you in your accommodation, this is possible. Please email info@moversandbreakers.com.au to inform us of your request and we will contact the hotel to find out if there are any extra costs involved, and book it in for you.

What do I need to bring to the conference?
After you have booked in, we will be sending you a pack list to ensure that you are well prepared!

Will there be Wi-Fi available?
Yes, there is Wi-Fi available.

Is there phone service?
Yes, there is phone service.

I have special dietary requirements. How do I let you know?
We will do our best to cater for all dietary requirements. Once you have booked in, please email info@moversandbreakers.com.au to let us know your requirements.

What’s included in the package?
We have taken care of everything! You will have three nights’ accommodation, plus all scheduled meals, beverages, activities, events and speaker sessions are included in your ticket price. Any additional activities, meals, beverages, room service and accommodation outside of the conference schedule will need to be covered by you.
